ExportWay is a service operated by Slagro Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and Polish data-protection law, Slagro Sp. z o.o. is the data controller of the personal data described here.
Controller: Slagro Sp. z o.o. · Ul. Solipska 3/5, 02-482 Warszawa, Poland · KRS 0001150433 · VAT (NIP) PL5223323412. Contact for data-protection matters: info@exportway.eu. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to.
Through our case-submission form and by email: your name and company name; your email address and phone / WhatsApp number; the country of your business; a description of your case; and any documents you choose to upload, together with the preferred turnaround you select.
The documents you provide may contain personal data about other people (for example a buyer’s contact person, a debtor, a director, or a family member). We process this only to deliver the service you requested. Where you provide personal data about other people, you confirm you have a lawful basis to share it with us for this purpose.
Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and access time, collected through server logs and cookies.
When you pay online through our website, we collect your order details and billing information (such as billing name, address, and email) and records of your transactions. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; your full card number is entered on the provider’s secure systems and is not stored by ExportWay.
We do not send marketing communications, and we do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as necessary: with specialized partners engaged for your specific case (licensed legal or collection partners, formation partners, notaries, accountants, or registered-address providers), engaged only when your case requires it and after we tell you; and with service providers who help us operate the website, currently our hosting provider (Hostinger), our form software (Fluent Forms), and our online-payment provider, which processes card payments for our website checkout on our behalf. We may also disclose data where legally required, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We are based in Poland (EU) and prefer to keep processing within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate GDPR safeguards such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Case and client data: for the duration of our engagement and afterwards for as long as needed to handle any follow-up, dispute, or legal claim. Accounting and tax records: for the period required by Polish law (generally 5 years from the end of the relevant tax year). Enquiries that do not become engagements: for a limited period, then deleted or anonymized.
We treat client and transaction data as confidential and use it only for the purpose of the requested service, applying appropriate technical and organizational measures including restricted access, secure transmission, and reputable service providers.
When you submit information about third parties (buyers, debtors, company officers, or family members), you confirm that you are entitled to share it for the purpose of the service. We process that data solely to deliver the service you requested.
Our website uses cookies. Essential cookies (including those used by our caching system) are necessary for the site to function and are always active. We do not currently set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies; if that changes, we will do so only with your consent through a cookie banner.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased in certain circumstances; restrict or object to certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and, where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact info@exportway.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
Providing the data in our case-submission form is voluntary, but it is necessary for us to review your case and deliver the service. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
